Moore, Buford

"Uncle Buford" Moore is a resident of Rural Mississippi, where he spends most of his days preparing meat from the grill, or from his smoker. The remaining time he enjoys writing short stories, with lots of Southern humor thrown in. Uncle Buford is also the author of "A Redneck Guide to Grillin' and Smokin' Meat" and "Eat Any Damn Thing You Want!." Both are available on Amazon, written for download to the Kindle.
