Richard C. (Dick) Lucas (b. 1925) is chairman of the Proclamation Trust and Rector Emeritus of St Helen's Bishopsgate. Dick Lucas was a key figure in shaping the Conservative Evangelical movement in the UK during the 20th Century, largely through his ministry in the City of London. Through St Helen's, his role as a wider public evangelical speaker, particularly at the Keswick Convention, his work as a founder of the Proclamation Trust and the Cornhill Training Course, and his legacy as the author of a number of evangelical books and commentaries.
