Kezar, Adrianna

Adrianna Kezar is an associate professor at the University of Southern California, and focuses on research related to leadership, change, diversity/equity, and organizational behavior. She has developed several leadership development academies including The Institute for Emerging Women Leaders, and has participated in leadership development institutes as a faculty member, including HERS.
