Dr. Barry Keating is a Professor of Economics at the University of Notre Dame. He specializes in understanding how the not-for-profit organization functions, and how it responds to changes in incentives, changes in revenues and cost conditions, and changes in regulatory mechanisms. He has also done extensive research in the area of quantitative methods of forecasting and regulation. Dr. Keating is a Heritage Foundation Fellow, a Heartland Institute Research Fellow, former President of the Economic Club of Michiana and serves on the Board of Advisors of the Indiana Policy Review Group and WNIT
