M. C. Griar was just an average mother raising her daughters while working as a Contract Administrator when academic challenges faced by one of her daughters set her on a path towards education. She went on to spend 20+ years as Director/Owner of a Learning Center, GED Instructor (for Juveniles, Prison Reentry and adult students), Substitute Math teacher and Academic Coach.
