Gill, Robin D.

Gill is author of 7 books in Japanese, including Han-nihonjinron (Kousakusha), Goyaku-Tengoku (Hakusuisha) and Eigo wa Konna ni Nihongo (Chikuma Bunko). His first book in English is Rise, Ye Sea Slugs! He was born in Miami Beach, grew up on Key Biscayne, earned a B.S. in International Politics from Georgetown University (languages were Spanish and Russian), read some Japanese at the University of Hawaii, but is largely self-taught.
