De Montmollin, Phil

Phil de Montmollin is a retired newspaper executive married to an Episcopal priest. They moved to North Carolina in 2003 where they have enjoyed the unique food cuisine. Before moving to North Carolina, Phil and his wife were part-owners of a motel in the Florida Keys. A new edition of his book Recipes From The Florida Keys is available in book stores nationwide.
