Cooper, David L.

David L. Cooper first went to Slovakia as a Peace Corps volunteer in the early 1990s. While living in Slovakia he taught English. When he returned to the United States he did the reverse and taught Slovak language and culture at Pennsylvania State University. He will complete his doctoral studies at Columbia University.
