Timothy E. Buchanan has a B.A. in Russian Language and Culture, and a M.A. in History. He is the owner and curator of The Museum of Orthodoxy, which displays artifacts from the Byzantine and Russian Empires, as well as from modern Russia. His great interest in history was sparked by extensive travel throughout Europe in the 1980s, travel made possible by his first career as an air traffic controller.
