Antonakis, John

John Antonakis is Professor of Organizational Behaviour in the Faculty of Business and Economics of the University of Lausanne, Switzerland. Professor Antonakis research is currently focused on predictors and outcomes of leadership, leadership development, strategic leadership, social cognition, as well as on causality. He has published over 35 book chapters and articles including in journals such as in "Science", "The Leadership Quarterly", "Journal of Operations Management", "Human Relations", "Personality and Individual Differences", among others. He has co-edited two books: "The Nature of
