Dr. Harry Zhang is the Research Program Manager on Integrated Water and Stormwater at The Water Research Foundation (WRF) where he directs the research portfolios on Sustainable Integrated Water Management (SIWM) and Stormwater. Dr. Zhang is the subject editor on water sustainability for Journal of Water Supply and was the subject editor on water sustainability for Journal of Water Science & Technology by International Water Association (IWA). In addition, Dr. Zhang was the chair for Hydrology and Watershed Management committee at American Water Resources Association (AWRA). Dr. Zhang has over 100 publications including books, book chapters, and peer-reviewed journal papers. Dr. Zhang holds a Ph.D. in Civil and Environmental Engineering (Water Resources) with minor research field in Systems Engineering from the University of Virginia and is a registered professional engineer in the U.S.
