Sometimes difficult to put into words, feelings and emotions are what makes us human. Veteran's Reprise is an expression of love translated into words. Consequently, it is my hope that those who chance to read my words might feel some measure of the love I have known, as I have it, in my life. I grew up on sunny cosmopolitan island of Trinidad and Tobago, but have called the United States home for the last thirty-four years. An educator, entrepreneur, and author, poetry is the outpouring of my artistic side. In this work, it is hoped that some measure of grace and beauty will be found upon each perusal. I am a Desert Storm veteran, an American original that's Trini-to-de-bone.
