Dr. Vijay Mannari is professor at Eastern Michigan University where he teaches polymers and coatings technology. He is a gifted instructor and accomplished researcher with more than 25 years of combined industrial, academic and consulting experience in the field of resins, paints and coatings. He has published more than 40 research papers, has given numerous technical talks and is co-inventor on three US patents. Dr. Mannari is a qualified Chartered Scientist and is very active in professional development training courses and other scholarly activities. Dr. Chintankumar J. Patel, is a coating technologist, studied surface coating technology at Sardar Patel University, India and received his PhD in 2006. More than a decade of his diversified experience includes teaching coating technology as assistant professor at Sardar Patel University and research activities in development of polymers for coatings and coating formulations featured by more than 30 publications and presentations. Currently he is a post-doc researcher at Eastern Michigan University, USA for development of sustainable polymers for coatings.
