At present, in large cities the most intensive construction work is carried out in the central areas of cities. Such areas are attractive for the investors since they already equipped with the required infrastructure and with highest population intensity, and on the other hand, with the historical and prestigious buildings. In this regard, the vertical development of cities was a feature of the two previous centuries 19th and 20th. However, in the 21th century, the main sign of modern urban construction is the desire for the development of underground space. Under city constructions, are not only metro networks and highways, but also multi-level public facilities like theatres, shopping centres, parking lots, sewage treatment plants, etc. the construction of large commercial and administrative underground complexes in combination with the above-ground residential development give the maximum economic and social benefits. World experience indicates that for a comfortable stay in a metropolis, the volume of underground areas should be 20-25% of the total construction.

Since his graduation, he worked in many infrastructure projects, as a site engineer, quality control engineer and project manager.
