Volumetric properties of Threonine(C4H9NO3), Arginine (C6H14N4O2), Histidine (C6H9N3O4) & Tyrosine (C9H11NO3) in aqueous solutions of Nitrates at T =298.15K, in terms of Linear, Exponential, Second Order Polynomial and Third Order polynomial has been calculated using volumetric approach. The densities, Partial molar volumes and transfer partial molar volumes have been calculated on the basis of density measurements of Threonine(C4H9NO3), Arginine (C6H14N4O2), Histidine (C6H9N3O4) & Tyrosine (C9H11NO3), respectively. By comparing data based on different mathematical operations like linear equation (F.O.P), second order polynomial(S.O.P), third order polynomial(Th.O.P) and exponential factor (Exp.F). I (dhir) had found an interesting observations that Kosmotropicity and Chaotropicity will change with the change in system. Not only proteins can denatured with the change in different concentrations, PH, temperatures, addition of an electrolyte but their kosmoptropic and chaotropic nature can also change with these changes.
