The study chronicals one ninth grade interdisciplinary team working in a high school located in Southwest, Ohio. The researcher conducted interviews and observations of teachers individually, and while working as a team. The data revealed that the process of interdisciplinary teaming contains five functions that indeed have a positive effect on teacher morale.
