After receiving a report that his goddaughter was missing, Detective Raul Santos of the Riverside, CA. police department started his own personal investigation when police and FBI investigations failed to find the suspected pedophile kidnapper of the young girl. During the same time period a vigilante known only as Noah was systematically locating and terminating pedophiles. This self- appointed protector of children appeared to have a more complete knowledge of where to find the vermin who were kidnapping, molesting and in some cases killing their young victims. When the investigation of Det. Santos stalls, he makes the decision to switch his search from the pedophile to the vigilante and use the knowledge of one criminal to help him locate an even more despicable criminal.
