Introduction: The aim of this work is to evaluate the degree of satisfaction of 3rd year students in the 2022-2023 academic year, towards learning using the low-fidelity simulation method. Then, to discuss the contribution of this technique and the means to improve these simulation sessions. Method: This is a cross-sectional descriptive study based on an epidemiological survey. Carried out at the Faculty of Dentistry in Monastir, 146 students enrolled in the 3rd year of dentistry in the 2022-2023 academic year were included in the study. Results and discussion: Students were almost unanimous about the benefits of this learning method. It enables them to better assimilate the content of OCE courses, and brings medical practice closer to home, making it easier to approach future patients. Learners also expressed satisfaction with the briefing and scenario stages. Conclusion: the simulation experience was a success according to the learners included in our work, who were satisfied with its inclusion within their teaching curriculum.
