1--The synthesis of several new polyfunctionally substituted fused pyridines v ia reaction of benz -g- 4 amino, 3cyano, 2methyl, 1H quinolino, 4, 5 - dione and 4-amino,3-cyano, 2methyl,1,4-piperidino ( 2,3-b) benz- g- 1,2,3,4-tetrahydroquinoline - 4,5,10 trione with different reagents is described. 2--Also a series of fused and spiro pyrazolones, Isoxazolines, pyrimidines, - lactams, and thiazolidinones incorporating 4- amino 2- methyl - 5,10- dioxo- 1,5,10,11- tetrahydrobenz-g- quinoline-3- carbonitrile and 4-amino -2-methyl-5,6,11- trioxo- 1,4,4a, 5,6,11,12,12a- octahydro- 1, 12- diazanaphthacene - 3- carbonitrile have been synthesized by cyclocondensation addition reaction and cyclocondensation addition reaction and cycloaddition reaction of hydrazines, hydroxylamine, urea, thiourea, monochloroacetyl chloride and mercaptoacetic acid . 3-The synthesis of several new polyfunctionally substituted fused pyrimidines via reaction of 2-amino 1,4-naphthoquinone with different reagent is described."
