In this book, we present the results of the implementation of a teaching project with a technical class in the area of Computer Science at the Farroupilha Federal Institute, located in the city of São Borja/RS. This work is based on Vygotsky's social-interactionist theory, as well as Delizoicov and Angotti's theory of pedagogical moments, which in turn is based on Paulo Freire's educational perspective. During the classes in which the project was implemented, we always tried to motivate debate, since the theoretical references consider this to be a fundamental point for learning. As the project's main activity, the students worked on residential electrical installations. Over the course of the meetings, each group built an electrical plan for a home, covering all the concepts studied during the project. The results obtained from the main activity carried out, as well as from the questionnaires applied before and after the project was implemented, showed that the students had appropriated an adequate amount of knowledge regarding the structuring theme covered.
