Professor Zurab Zerakidze was born in 1939, works in the gori university in Georgia. He graduated from the Faculty of Mechanics and Mathematics of Tbilisi state University and finished postgraduate study of the Moscow steklov`s mathematical institute. He relatively recently worked on this topic, has publications in thise area.
