Organizational socialization and commitment represent psychosocial factors at work that promote a better state of adjustment, well-being and health in workers. They also influence job satisfaction and quality of life. In teachers, the process through which they join the educational institutions and become committed to them can contribute to the generation of factors that could promote better health conditions.
