Science Homework for Key Stage 2 isn't a set of worksheets that pupils have to ‘fill in’ and teachers have to ‘mark and record’, it’s a suite of activities, aligned to the national literacy strategy topic areas, that teachers can use as extension activities or give to pupils to do independently at home. Best of all the activities will foster active and collaborative learning in pupils and are easy and quick for teachers to manage. 

This book has activities that align with the half-termly topics set out in the QCA scheme of work for key stage 2 science. Each unit of work includes five activities (for a total of 125 activities). A blank template is included for teachers to create their own discussion or activity based homework task.
