This research work identifies the difference between interprovincial transportation passenger service organizations in the province of Tungurahua, which generate their services through the implementation, monitoring and control of processes and entities that do not have a standardization of processes and customer focus during the service provided; on the other hand, the maturity of the processes is studied since it is a fundamental factor to discern the degree of implementation and control of standardized activities that companies maintain in order to generate a service.
