Sabine Ludwigs, 1964 in Dortmund geboren, begann 2004 zu schreiben. Zunächst widmete sie sich sehr erfolgreich dem Verfassen von Kurzgeschichten, die bereits von einigen bekannten Schauspielern wie Anita Kupsch, Marie-Luise Marjan oder Ludger Burmann für öffentliche Vorträge ausgewählt wurden. Seit 2009 verfasst sie auch Romane. Ihre Arbeiten sind in Print-, Hör- und Onlinemedien sowie als E-Book veröffentlicht, ein Teil ist zudem Unterrichtsmaterial für das Fach Religion/Ethik an weiterführenden Schulen. Sie wurde mit dem Friedens-Literaturpreis des Berliner Kulturring und mit dem Literaturpreis Gedichte & Balladen der Ideale Stiftung ausgezeichnet. Neben der Schriftstellerei war sie jahrelang für einen Verlag als Lektorin und zuletzt als Pressesprecherin tätig. Heute ist sie noch immer als Lektorin aktiv. - Daneben gehört sie der Autorinnengruppe Bloody Marys an, deren Gründungsmitglied sie ist, und ergänzt das Vortragsensemble Duo Exitus. Sabine Ludwigs ist Unternehmerin und lebt mit ihrer Familie in Lünen an der Lippe.
