Secondly, the book proposed a model for antecedents of customer satisfaction in mobile commerce (ACSM), based on the American Customer Satisfaction Index model and at the end The construct of ACSM is validated through an investigation of 120 specific mobile application users.The results of this book will be helpful not only for academics and researchers engaged in the study of mobile commerce, but also for those who are involved in design, management and implementation of infrastructure for mobile commerce services.
