The book, which is the result of a science, technology and innovation project developed by the authors of this work, addresses an essential, interesting and complex problem: professional competences, with emphasis on the competence of management in education (CDE), containing generic interpersonal, instrumental and systemic competences, based on the concept of CDE, the knowledge is staggered in a pyramid formed by five levels from the real knowledge to the competent knowledge, which originates the methodology, structured by a theoretical framework, which has as a resulting quality the competent knowledge, while the interventive framework conceived by three stages (unfreezing, change and refreezing) and procedures that concretize the theoretical conception in the managerial practice. The procedures are conceived by five components and corresponding steps such as the preparation of the intrasubjective and intersubjective preconditions, selection of resources, determination of the context of cooperation, definition of the educational management process and participation of the actors involved. A novel research procedure is described.
