This lecture explores editorial writing with particular emphasis on its meaning, history, characteristics and nature. Mr. Oberiri Destiny Apuke is a lecturer in the Department of Mass Communication, Taraba State University. He graduated with a second class upper and at the top of his class.He is from Ethiope West Local Government Area of Delta State, a native of Urhobo.He attended International Private School for his primary and secondary school education all in Mubi Adamawa State. He has flair for research in various fields of mass communication ranging from advertising, media studies and effects, news writing and reporting, as well as marketing and public relation.
