If learning is considered as an active process of knowledge construction, starting from the meaning attributed to it, then it can be said that teaching will aim to guide the process of learning construction. In this sense, this paper develops a series of aspects that can be considered in the orientation of learning as knowledge construction from problematic situations, where the student can approach his activities to a scientific work at the moment of approaching the problems. An instructional manual is presented, based on the Montessori methodology, with strategies that help in the student's learning in the content of Newton's Laws. Among the activities carried out, the following stand out: (a) Conducting experiments to better understand a phenomenon, (b) Constructions of experiments that explain the laws of motion, (c) Activities to interpret the laws of dynamics in everyday life.
