Dr.Mndzebele is a Senior-Lecturer at MEDUNSA campus (University of Limpopo), and course director for the Health Systems Management & Policy course. He graduated with a B.Ed from UNISWA in 1998. In 2003 he obtained his MPH from MEDUNSA, and completed his PhD at UNISA in 2009. From 1986-1987 he was under the DANIDA fellowship in Denmark.
