Edward Flentje is a professor of public administration in the Hugo Wall School of Urban and Public Affairs at Wichita State University. He is the author or editor of several publications on state and local government, including Kansas Policy Choices and the papers of Kansas governors Robert Bennett and Mike Hayden. Joseph A. Aistrup is a professor of political science and interim associate dean of arts and sciences at Kansas State University. He is the author of The Southern Strategy Revisited: Republican Top-Down Advancement in the South.
