It is a book to be read again and again especially when endeavouring to raise the laughter level in the company of good friends. I do suggest that you shouldn't read it in crowded trains or buses, for people will do one of two things. They will tell you quieten down your laughter, or, ask you to repeat it to them so they can get a laugh as well. In this respect this book does pose a danger to the public. The contents include jokes, one liners, limericks and cartoons; a veritable smorgasbord of humour to lift our spirits with laughter. Much of the humour is Australian based which may be off putting to some, for it tends to go directly to the jugular with laughter, rather than to the cerebellum with deep thought.
