It was at this time that she and her husband Bill, began their wanderings and adventures to many of the most interesting quarters throughout the globe. During those years of wanderings much of the material for her poetry came to mind. Her poems memorialize her most intimate observances of her naturally inquisitive and introspective nature. The poems have been used at weddings, funerals, political rallies, and many other events such as times of trial, to help those in need of "the language of love."
