SUSAN UEBEL was born in Anlaby, near Hull in 1939. She was educated at HullFrench Convent and later went on to train for Drama at The Guildhall School of Music & Drama in London. In 1982, they married and moved to London where they continued to work. In 1986, Susan accepted the post of Director of Drama at St. Paul's Girls' School in London and taught there until retirement in 1997.
