This study presents Hotel 360º, an innovative operational framework that transforms the principles of the circular economy into measurable competitive advantages. Through a mixed-methods approach that combines qualitative case study analysis with quantitative performance assessment in four hotel stabilizations, the research demonstrates significant improvements in key metrics: 28% reduction in energy consumption, 76% waste detour rate, and 42% increase in local procurement, along with a 12% reduction in operations. The model's integrated three-pillar structure - encompassing Regenerative Operational Efficiency, Human Capital and Community Integration, and Experiential Marketing and Transparency - provides a replicable roadmap for industry professionals. The results indicate that fully incorporating circular economy principles into hotel operations represents the most viable strategy for building resilient and profitable businesses.
