This article proposes to share some of the results of our research on the analysis of administrators', teachers', parents' and students' perceptions of the effects on school performance of the institution, the class, the teacher and the learner in the basic schools, public Torokorobougou A for Bamako and community Katiorni for Sikasso. The data were all collected using a questionnaire survey and an interview guide with 444 people. We asked ourselves the following questions: What are the endogenous and exogenous factors that have affected the performance of students in the basic schools concerned? How did these different factors generate individual and collective difficulties? First, we will briefly recall the theoretical and methodological framework adopted, then we will present the composition and profils of the 202 parents of students and 112 teachers interviewed. Infin, we will analyze the possible links between endogenous or exogenous factors and the individual and collective difficulties encountered by students.
