In addition, the development of relationships has become the main topic for market researchers since they believe that, customers and suppliers are valuable assets of a firm. This study was based on why ABB Automation develops relationship with its customers base. The data collected was analyzed to identify the reasons behind the companys decisions

Mr. Enock Ofori-Mensah is a citizen of Ghana and currently resides in Vasteras (Sweden). In 2007,he attended Malardalen University in Sweden where he was awarded with a Bachelor in Business and Economics as well as a M.SC. in Business Administration in 2010 and 2011 respectively. Mr. Ofori-Mensah is married to Priscilla and they live in Sweden
