Marouf A. Hasian, Jr. is Professor of Communication in the department of communication at the University of Utah. He is the author of five books including In the Name of Necessity: Military Tribunals and the Loss of American Civil Liberties (2005) and Colonial Legacies in Postcolonial Contexts: A Critical Rhetorical Examination of Legal Histories (Peter Lang, 2002).
Megan D. McFarlane is a PhD student of communication at the University of Utah.
