What journalism should we teach? Karen Fowler-Watt is Associate Professor of Journalism and research theme lead for the Journalism Education Research Group in Bournemouth University’s Centre for Excellence in Media Practice, UK. She is a former BBC journalist who worked in Radio 4 News and Current Affairs as an output editor and as a field producer in the Middle East and the United States.
