He joins forces with the DEA, then returns home to force a confrontation with the drug dealer who is trying to kill him. In a shoot-out in Venice, California, Tim kills the drug dealer but only wounds his second in command, Jose Huerrea. He goes back to college and when he graduates, he joins the DEA. He is assigned to Russia where he believes his old nemesis, Jose Huerrea, is planning to import drugs to the former USSR. He teams with a Russian policeman to stop the drug importation and destroy the drug organization involved. Things get complicated when Tim meets and falls in love with his Russian partner's niece. She joins the team, but is kidnapped in New York while trying to trap Huerrea."
