Anita Ravani is the founder of APR Investment and Management, a leading management and consulting firm based out of Los Angeles, California that specializes in finance and accounting to drive consumer decision making. She is a member of senior management at leading financial firm and has more than twenty years of finance and accounting experience working with Fortune 500 companies to solve their most important financial challenges. Anita is a two-time inductee of the prestigious Beta Gamma Sigma Honor Society and holds an MBA from Pepperdine Gradzadio School of Business and a PhD in Global Leadership and Change from Graduate School of Education and Psychology at Pepperdine University.  She has published several articles and books and is currently an adjunct professor at California State University Los Angeles.

Sashi Edupuganti is a serial entrepreneur, Fortune 100 technology general manager, and an investor widely recognized for his innovation, next generation capabilities, and teams. He is currently the CEO of ODE Holdings and has been the founding member of two other start-ups with successful acquisitions in the past. He had led transformations at HBO, Comcast, GE and Bridgewater Associates. Sashi has a Bachelor of Science in Physics and a Master of Science in Computer Applications from University of Madras. Sooraj Sushama works as an Executive Advisor for Business Intelligence at Elevance Health. Sooraj has over seventeen years of consulting experience in healthcare. In his consulting expertise, Sooraj was responsible for formulating and overseeing healthcare reporting and analytics strategies for several Fortune 100 Healthcare companies. He has also revamped processes and implemented systems to support the company’s strategic business plan. Before his consulting career, Sooraj worked as an Adjunct Professor in the Electronics and Communication Department at S.C.T College of Engineering in Kerala, India. Sooraj is currently a PhD Candidate in Global leadership and change at Pepperdine University. Sooraj has a Bachelor of Technology Degree in Electronics and Communication from C.U.S.A.T., India, and a Dual M.B.A. from Pepperdine University in General Management and Digital Innovation from Information Systems.
