Joe Rocco, an ex-army specialist, after leaving the hospital for being treated for post-traumatic stress disorder, becomes curious about a series of murders he has heard about on the news. Joe's curiosity leads him to start doing an investigation of his own. After going on the web and cracking the code, soon Joe is commissioned by a mysterious entity known only to him as Spadille to carry out hits for hire. With two successful hits under his belt and two major paydays, Joe feels good about the next hit he is commissioned to carry out until something goes terribly wrong. Now Joe is in hiding after finding out that the very people he is working for are using him to help fund a major terrorist plot. With the money in his possession, Joe becomes the only obstacle standing in the way of carrying out a plot that could cost hundreds of thousands of American lives.
The terrorists are planning to place devices on the rail cars that haul six deadly toxic chemicals through the large cities including the CSX rail system that runs within two hundred yards of the mall in Washington, DC. Once these devices are detonated, deadly chemicals would be released upon the masses. If they receive the funds that Joe has stolen, they will be able to finance this potentially deadly attack. The terrorist group, with their bargaining chip, Joe's wife falling off the radar, comes up with a brand-new play that will motivate Joe to transfer the millions. They kidnap Joe's son, Austin Rocco, sending a message to Joe that if he does not transfer the money, they will kill his son. This is the extra motivation that Joe needs to thwart the terrorist once and for all.
