This collection is written by Mel Woodend and illustrated by her Dad, Michael John Wardle, before his sudden passing in October of this year. The two were very proud to be working on this book together and Mel would like to dedicate this book to her Dad and also to donate 50% of the first month's royalties from the sales of their book, to the Coronary Care Unit at the Royal Stoke University Hospital, where her Dad was cared for in hospital. "Journeys & Memories" is Mel's second published poetry collection, after "A Poet's Poems" published earlier this year.
