Carlos Isler Soto studied Law and Philosophy and holds a Ph.D. in Law from the Pontifical Catholic University of Chile. At current he teaches Legal Philosophy at the Faculty of Law and Social Sciences, Universidad San Sebastián, Valdivia, Chile.
