The study consistently examines three key elements of this path: the formation of national identity on the basis of the work of the Ruhnama, the establishment and strengthening of the status of permanent positive neutrality, and the development of the gas industry as the basis of economic sovereignty. The analysis shows how these components - ideological, foreign policy and economic - formed a single, interconnected system. It is emphasized that the chosen course allowed the country to ensure a smooth transition from the Soviet model, preserve internal stability and social unity, and occupy a unique, constructive niche in the system of international relations. As a result, the "Turkmen model" appears as an integral and effective mechanism that proved its viability in a difficult historical period and provided the country with sustainable development and sovereignty in the world arena.
