L'auteur: Dr. Gyula Csurgai est citoyen hongrois et canadien. Diplômé en Sciences Politiques de l'Université Concordia (Canada) et de l'Université de Toulouse (France), il a obtenu deux diplômes de troisième cycle et son doctorat à l'Université de Genève. Actuellement, il est directeur au programme universitaire S.I.T. (School for International Training) en Suisse et Fondateur du Centre International d'Etudes Géopolitiques de Genève (CIEG). Géopolitologue, il est aussi l'auteur de plusieurs publications dans le domaine de la géopolitique.
