Nach Abschluss der 36 Textbande der Theologischen Realenzyklopadie im Jahr 2004 wurde das Gesamtkorpus durch ein neu erstelltes Register erschlossen. Fur biographische und geographische Recherchen wurde damit ein einzigartiges Hilfsmittel geschaffen.
