It is the story of the community that was purposefully nurtured through the M ori and Indigenous Graduate Enhancement programme (MAI) and the International Indigenous Writing retreats organised by Ng Pae o Te M ramatanga, Aotearoa New Zealand's M ori Centre of Research Excellence.
