The act of writing history is more than simply compiling sources and information together in a cohesive pile; it is a matter of reviewing each and every source thoroughly in an attempt at its truthfulness. As a result of this, the concept of a singular historical truth is useless, and there should instead be a focus on valuing various tellings of history on their credibility and acceptance of this fact.
