The prevalence of cardiovascular disease is increasing at alarming rate worldwide. Lifesyle including smoking, Physical inactivity, poor diet, smoking among others are reported to be risk factors. Routine examnination is critical to prevention of this disease. This study assessed cardiovascular disease risk of a university community workers. The community was noted for a change in the lifestyle as results of proliferation of automobiles as means of transportation.
